VCU-Rear end loading device – Vertical lowering system (the system is suitable for trucks of 3-5 axles / lifting capacity 15-30 tonnes).
Multi-purpose transport system for sea containers. For a quick loading / unloading
no auxiliary equipment, such as crane or forklift, is necessary.
By our VCU rear end loading device commercial sea containers (20’) can be picked up
hydraulically, transported and unloaded. The containers are loaded at the rear end. Our rear end loading device embraces the sea container; afterwards the safety locking is effected by the twist locks and chains. The VCU-system lifts the loaded container vertically so that the truck under the container can drive back. The vertical pushing up of the container does not cause swinging loads which might possibly happen with a lateral loading device. Therefore a safe loading is guaranteed at any time. The system is mounted on a truck.
